OUR TEAM
Michael Meredith
Director of Operations
Michael is the manager of Blue Oak Construction and works in every phase of of our projects. He works closely with clients, designers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the vision is captured before and during the project. He brings over twenty-three years of construction experience. Michael lives in Lexington with his wife and his four children. Michael enjoys coaching baseball and spending time with his family.
Vicki Stover
Vicki helps keep things running smoothly at Blue Oak Construction, managing everything from scheduling and estimates to invoicing and day-to-day office tasks. She grew up around construction and spent several years working on the administrative side of the industry. Combined with over 10 years in customer service, her background makes her a great fit for supporting both the team and clients. Vicki lives in Winchester with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys trying out new crafts, camping, and planning their next family adventure.
